I have recently purchased Micromax A102, and when I boot/reboot it doesn't show Micromax Canvas Doodle 3. It just shows Micromax Canvas Doodle. This happened with the update to Kitkat.
It also doesn't show the color of the WiFi when connected as before.

The Android KitKat's color scheme is white. This is the default color for all the devices that have been upgraded to KitKat. Unfortunately, you can't change it unless a new ROM is flashed with the possibility to change the color of the quick tiles. As for the name, you might need to contact customer care. This can be a type or the company renamed the phone and applied the update. Unfortunately, there is no custom ROM created for the phone.
